There have been several rumors about PUNISHER: WARZONE being PG-13 rated. I didn't write anyting about it, because it was clearly bullshit. Anyone who's seen the trailer would agree, that a PG-13 PUNISHER:WARZONE would probably be 15 minutes long... Now the cinematographer of WARZONE, Steve Gainer, put those rumors to bed.
