Over at IGN they got a sneak peak on some of the new PUNISHER WARZONE movie artworks.
Well I thought the second Punisher movie (the first one was the one starring Dolph Lundgren!) pretty much sucked, so my expectations on Warzone ain't to high. On the other hand the movie is directed by german director LEXI ALEXANDER, who did a pretty good job with HOOLIGANS (featuring ELIJAH WOOD), so this might be a good thing. However, here is a peak at the movie poster:
According to New York Post TARANTINO is considering Pornstar TERA PATRICK for his remake of the RUSS MEYER flick FASTER, PUSSYCAT, KILL! KILL!.

As predicted from the Friday earnings Pixar's new one WALL-E can defend its position on top of the Box Office charts against strange flying bullets shot from Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy .
Variety reports that Legendary Pictures has confirmed it is developing a 300 follow-up for Warner Bros. that Frank Miller is writing and Zack Snyder is intended to direct. Since main character LEONIDAS dies in the first movie it's still unknown, if the follow-up will be a PREQUEL with Gerard Butler or a SEQUEL without him.
How about a cossover? 300 vs. Predator? I'd watch it...

While the world premiere of the JAMES BOND -QUANTUM OF SOLACE teaser is monday, somehow ten seconds of the trailer "leaked" on glorious YouTube.

Check this out. Weekend isn't over yet and there's already some record in the making. Pixars new flix WALL-E grossed an estimated $23.1 million on Friday, making it the best Disney-Pixar opening ever.
Second place goes to Angelina Jolie's action blockbuster WANTED with respectable $18.8 million, giving Jolie her highest opening day ever for a live-action pic.
According to the British Board Of Film Classification (BBFC), THE DARK KNIGHT is following the trend of recent summer blockbusters Spider-Man 3 (139 minutes), Transformers (144 minutes) and Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End (168 minutes) scoring 152 minutes overall length, making it the longest superhero movie EVER. Take that Joker. Length does matter!
No matter what you do to him, Jiggsaw is always coming back. I think the only thing that'd kill him for good, is a bad Box Office opening weekend...

Robert Rodriguez director of classics like FROM DUSK TILL DAWN, SIN CITY and PLANET TERROR is currently working on a new project, a remake of the 1985 flick RED SONJA that featured Arnold Schwarzenegger (as Conan) an Brigitte Nielsen.
According to USA Today Rodriguez' Sonja will be played by his favourite Chick ROSE McGOWAN.
On September 21st the 60th Primetime EMMY AWARDS will take place in Los Angeles. Today the top 10 finalists for outstanding COMEDY and DRAMA were announced.

The Story of a man who starts aging backwards. The Movie is based on a novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald (The Great Gatsby). The Screenplay is written by Eric Roth, who showed his talent for adepting novels to the big screen with movies like FORREST GUMP, ALI or MUNICH.

Yeah, we know. Season 2 sucked. The highschool lovestory, the terrible green-screen FX and of course the highschool lovestory almost killed the entire show.
Why are we still waiting for Season 3 to kick of? Because Heroes may develop in the right direction.
